This is an absolutely beautiful home gated Sweetwater Reserve. Very private setting, with mountain and city light views
Easy access to interstate 10 and within 15 minutes of down town. Within 10 minutes of Great mountain bike and hiking trails. We are located just north of Saguaro National Park West. Your also within 5 minutes of access to 131 miles of paved bike paths, called the Loop. I have friends that ride downtown for morning coffee.
The space
Choose one or both of the two rooms I have available. This home is beautifully situated in a private gated community with beautiful views. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, large living room, an office to study or work, out door fire pit over looking the gorgeous view of sweet water reserve the surrounding mountains and city lights. There’s also a large out door table to enjoy dinner outside in the beautiful Tucson weather.
Behind the home is designated wilderness area filled with wildlife. I have personally seen the following birds and animals in our yard: giant owl; giant hawk, bobcat, deer, javelina, coyote, humming bird, rabbit and various other species.
The property does have a swimming pool which is Not heated. The Sweetwater Reserve community pool is less than a 5 minute walk. It’s a beautiful space with a heated pool that’s seldom used.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the kitchen, dining/living room, laundry room, and outside pool and porch areas.

It is only minutes away from many activities:
- Grocery shopping, restaurants, drug stores, and virtually everything you might need to purchase on a day to day basis are within minutes.
- Tumamock mountain is within 10 minutes.
